What we do
Six jobs, most weeks
Two engineers, one van each, working within fifteen miles of the workshop. We do not subcontract and we do not sell you a boiler you do not need.
Boiler replacement
A fixed quote after a survey, not a range over the phone. Old unit out, new one in, system flushed, and the paperwork registered with Gas Safe for you.
Servicing & safety
Annual services and landlord CP12 certificates. Booked for a two-hour window, not a whole day, and the certificate is emailed the same afternoon.
Leaks & burst pipes
The unglamorous emergency. We carry the fittings for the common failures, so most calls are stopped, dried and made good in one visit.
Bathrooms
Full installs and single swaps. We do the plumbing, tiling and making good; you choose the suite from wherever you like and we fit it.
Radiators & heating
New radiators, thermostatic valves, smart thermostats and powerflushing when the system has gone sludgy and the upstairs never gets warm.

These are the prices we charge, not a starting point we talk you up from. Pick a job and you get the number, what it includes, and roughly how long we will be in the house.

Anything not on this list gets a fixed written quote after a look. We do not price plumbing work over the phone, because the guess is always wrong.
